At Sunhats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new headwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Hat

  Carefully place the hat in its original packaging to ensure it maintains its shape and quality during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
