To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head about one inch above your eyebrows using a soft measuring tape. Compare your measurement to our size guide found on each product page.
Are your hats packable for travel?
Many of our styles are specifically designed to be 'crushable' or 'packable.' Look for the 'Travel-Friendly' badge in the product description to find hats that can be folded into a suitcase without losing their shape.
What is the UPF rating of your sun hats?
The majority of our collection features a UPF 50+ rating, which is the highest possible sun protection rating for fabrics, blocking 98% of harmful UVA and UVB rays.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn hats in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hats must have their original tags attached and show no signs of wear.
How should I clean and maintain my hat?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging straw or felt hats in water. To maintain the shape, always store your hat upside down on its crown or on a hat hook.
How long does shipping take?
